As part of our Cancellation Policy, we have implemented a mandatory credit card on file for any guest who either "No Shows" an appointment, or cancels same day. In the event of a second same-day cancellation/no-show the card on file will be charged 50% of the service(s) missed.
When a guest gives little, or no notice to cancel an appointment, our Technicians do not have time to fill the time slot with our wait listed Guests.
